Overview The Casino Country Manager - Spain will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing business growth strategies that will expand the Glitnor and OneCasino brand's reach in Spain whilst increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Market

Expansion & Business Growth Develop and execute strategies to enhance market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue generation in the whole Spanish territory. Identify new business opportunities to establish the brand as a dominant player in the market.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full adherence to Spanish gaming and betting regulations and licensing requirements. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and local authorities.

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily business operations to ensure a seamless and engaging gaming and betting experience.

Financial

Performance & P&L; Management Full country Casino P&L; responsibility focusing on revenue growth and cost optimisation. Marketing & Brand Strategy Align the local brand strategy together with the Marketing team and create action plans to make sure things happen as planned Work closely with the Marketing Team to assist in developing and implementing effective and profitable conversion and retention campaigns to feed into the overall general business strategy Liaising with the Marketing Team to develop commercial relationships with potential acquisition partners, including, but not limited to, affiliates and media groups specific to Spain monitoring key metrics such as customers acquired, cost per acquisition and return on investment. Working together with the Marketing Team to shape the local calendar of events and promotions Ensure an excellent user experience and achieve the defined customer satisfaction standards Design and execute strategies to increase player retention and improve overall user experience.

Partnerships & Business Alliances Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliates, payment providers, and local partners. Monitor market trends and player insights to optimize performance and growth strategies.
