The Role

As part of the Central Ops team, you will help make our operations more efficient, seamless and scalable across Europe.

Your role will be to identify operational issues, design solutions and central processes, and then drive their implementation across our different markets.

You will work closely with Operations teams in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the UK, with a strong focus on field execution.

The objective is simple: enable our operations to handle more volume, with less friction and better performance, without proportionally increasing the resources required.

Your Responsibilities

- Operations Excellence &
- Process Design

You will identify the main friction points in our operations and design solutions to address them.

- Analyse existing operational processes and identify cost, friction and performance issues.

- Identify opportunities to standardise processes across markets.

- Design simple, robust and scalable central processes.

- Define the rules, workflows, roles and KPIs required for their implementation.

- Work closely with Product &
- Tech teams when solutions require changes to our tools.

- Test new processes in the field before rolling them out at scale.

- Measure the impact of changes and iterate quickly when needed.

- Market Deployment

Designing the process is only the first step. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective execution across markets.

- Roll out new processes to local Operations teams.

- Adapt implementation to local market specificities when necessary.

- Train and support local teams during implementation.

- Work directly with Heads of Ops and local Operations teams.

- Identify implementation challenges and quickly address them.

- Ensure that new processes are properly adopted and consistently applied over time.

- Document processes and create the tools required for effective execution.

- Performance &
- Continuous Improvement

You will monitor the performance of deployed initiatives and continuously improve them.

- Define KPIs to measure the performance of new processes.

- Track performance week after week following implementation.

- Identify performance gaps between markets.

- Analyse root causes and implement action plans.

- Produce simple and regular reporting on Central Ops initiatives.

- Identify local best practices and roll them out across other markets.

- Ensure that processes continue to perform effectively after launch and do not deteriorate over time.

- Automation &
- Technology

You should have a strong interest in technology and constantly look for ways to simplify and automate operations.

- Identify operational tasks that can be automated.

- Leverage existing tools to improve workflows and reduce manual work.

- Work with Product, Data and Tech teams to turn operational needs into practical solutions.

- Test new tools and technologies that can improve team productivity.

- Use data to identify problems and measure the impact of solutions.

- Contribute to our automation and AI-native operations strategy.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and improvement-oriented profile, capable of working both on processes and directly with Operations teams.

Experience &

- Skills

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Operations Excellence, Management Consulting, Transformation or a similar environment.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing operational processes.

- Strong interest in digital tools, automation and technology.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational KPIs.

- Fluent English is required.

- Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong plus.

What Will Make You Successful

Field-oriented

You like understanding how teams actually work and are comfortable going into the details of an operational process to identify what is not working.

Pragmatic

You favour simple, effective and quickly deployable solutions. You focus on results rather than sophistication.

Tech-minded

You are curious about tools, automation, data and AI. You naturally look for ways to eliminate manual tasks and operational friction.

Structured & analytical

You can start from an operational problem, identify its root causes, design a solution and define the right metrics to measure its impact.

Strong cross-functional leadership

You can influence and drive teams that do not report directly to you. You know how to create buy-in around new processes and ensure a high level of execution.

Autonomous

You are comfortable owning a topic end-to-end:

Identify the problem → Design the solution → Test it → Deploy it → Measure the impact → Improve it.

The Profile We Are Looking For

This role is for someone who enjoys solving operational problems and turning solutions into concrete processes.

You will not simply be responsible for documenting or coordinating existing processes.

You will be expected to get close to the field, understand the challenges faced by local teams, build pragmatic solutions and drive their adoption across multiple markets.

The role therefore requires a combination of analytical thinking, strong operational skills, a genuine interest in technology and cross-functional leadership.

A hands-on profile who can bridge the gap between Central and local Operations, and turn operational challenges into concrete, measurable improvements.
