You support our team as

CIC Clerk (f/m/d) (Temporary contract)

Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders, shipments, invoicing, returns, and claims resolution.

- Maintain customer master data, pricing structures, and commercial conditions in SAP.

- Oversee accounts receivable processes and support payment follow-up activities.





- Coordinate daily with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor service levels and delivery performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, effective resolution of issues.

- Support Sales and Marketing activities, including campaign execution, commercial compliance, and communication with partners.

- Manage product samples, marketing materials, and related operational documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role.

- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

- Intermediate level of English.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a service focus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
