Community Manager & Paid Social Specialist (AI-driven)

Taolis (The Art of Living in Spain) develops and builds Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort. We're looking for a Community Manager & Paid Social Specialist who lives on both sides of the feed: the organic side, where you build a community and a voice, and the paid side, where you turn attention into qualified leads. And who uses AI as a daily working tool, not as a buzzword.

What you'll own

Social & community

Run our channels end to end, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube. Content calendar, publishing, community management and DMs, and a tone of voice that sounds like a luxury resort, not a real estate agency.

? Paid social & performance

Build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Audiences, creative testing, budget allocation, retargeting. You'll be measured on qualified leads and cost per lead, not on impressions.

? AI in the workflow

Use generative AI to accelerate copy, visuals, variations and reporting, while keeping the brand unmistakably ours. We want someone who already works this way and can teach the rest of the team.

? Data & reporting

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and HubSpot dashboards.

What we're looking for

✅ 3–5 years in social media and paid social agency or in-house.

✅ Hands-on experience running Meta Ads with real budgets and real lead targets.

✅ Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts, in English mainly.

✅ Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow

✅ Comfortable with analytics: you can read a dashboard and act on it.
