We are recruiting for a Payments Operations Support role to join our Payment's Support team. The primary function of the Payments Operations Support role is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges. You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery, quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels.

Provide excellent customer service,



by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing request, report generations in line with established SLA's. Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants.

Support

Inbound & Outbound Calls You will work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs. Eager to learn and a passion for Customer Care. Proficient spoken and written English Greek is mandatory to be considered for this role (any other European Languages is plus) Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.

Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous. Moderate-level Microsoft Excel. Ability to be versátil within a fast-growing global company. At Planet, we embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office.
