Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, develop and deploy scalable data products that convert complex financial data into actionable insights, supporting Parameta Solutions' AI-driven analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to build production-grade Python applications and Generative AI capabilities that drive commercial value. The role combines data engineering, analytics and cloud technologies to evolve a data-driven product suite in a fast-growing organization.

This is a hands-on position at the intersection of finance, data science and AI, with a clear impact on decision-making and client outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas Design, develop and maintain Python-based applications for financial data analysis and automation

Build scalable data science solutions extracting insights from large datasets

Create interactive dashboards and visualization tools for decision-making

Improve data applications, data quality frameworks and analytics platforms

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers and commercial stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable data products

Apply software engineering best practices including code reviews, modular design and CI/CD





Develop Generative AI solutions to enhance internal processes and customer-facing products

Utilize AWS to build scalable AI/ML applications leveraging the AWS partnership

Explore emerging AI/ML technologies to improve products and client outcomes

Contribute to evolving Parameta Solutions' data science capabilities and standards

Responsabilidades Master's in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative discipline

Proven experience developing production-grade Python applications in data science or quantitative analytics

Strong software engineering fundamentals (OO design, modularity, version control)

Experience building and deploying analytical/ML/AI solutions in a commercial setting

Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data querying/manipulation

Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Experience developing or integrating Generative AI/LLM/machine learning solutions

Experience with cloud architectures and AWS

Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills for cross-functional work
