Company Description We are a well-established real estate master agent, conceived to support developers, constructors and investors in the commercialisation of their property developments on the Costa del Sol.
Role Description As a result of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for highly motivated sales individuals who work well independently, as well as part of a wider team, with a willingness to learn and earn.
You will be responsible for successfully managing a development office operation, presenting a portfolio of properties directly to both clients and agents, conducting property tours and presentations and delivering sales against target at one of our exclusive developments in Estepona.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience or knowledge in real estate, property development, or investment markets, ideally within the Costa del Sol or similar international markets.
- Client relationship management skills,
with the ability to build trust, understand client needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Estepona, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with consulting and marketing teams.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software and digital communication platforms to track opportunities and report performance.
