The DBI Consultant is responsible for driving the evaluation, implementation, and evolution of digital and business applications at a corporate level, ensuring alignment between technology, business needs, and strategic objectives.

The role acts as a bridge between business and technology, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, automation, and innovation.

Business Applications Program: Lead the implementation and rollout of business applications, including CMS, CRM, CPQ, ERP, and productivity platforms. Define and govern the target technology landscape, ensuring alignment between corporate applications, data flows, integrations, and business requirements.

Technology Standards & AI Governance: Define technology and data standards, selection criteria, and governance frameworks,



incorporating AI capabilities as a key requirement. Innovation & Emerging Technology – FDE Capability: Establish and manage an internal Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capability to evaluate AI-based technologies, design target processes, and lead end-to-end technology migrations and adoption within the business.

Experience in digital transformation and enterprise application implementation , including CRM, ERP, BI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

Experience defining KPIs, OKRs, and business performance metrics , preferably using Power BI. General knowledge of SDLC , from requirements and design through testing and deployment.

Advanced
