Manager is responsible forthe end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives supporting Customer Support transformation at Schneider Electric. Working within Schneider Digital, the role orchestrates the full lifecycle from discovery phases to general deployment and value realization, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance frontline agent efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

Own the full project lifecycle: discovery → scoping → pilot → rollout → closure Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives Establish andmaintain project governance (SteerCo, reviews, reporting) Lead risk, issue, dependency, and change management Digital & AI Solution Delivery Translate business needs into scalable digital / AI use cases Data flows and system integrations Orchestrate global governance and review forums Deployment, Change & Adoption Ensure successful global rollout across countries and user groups Training and enablement plans Value Realization & Performance Management Ensure benefits are measured, sustained, and optimizedpost-deployment
