In this role you will lead AI-enabled initiatives across Alexion, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable AI solutions. You will shape patient-centric data, analytics, and platform capabilities, driving measurable value and operational excellence. You will guide cross-functional teams and oversee delivery partners, balancing technical rigor with business impact.

A strong focus on responsible AI, security, and compliance underpins your leadership as you scale AI across enterprise applications.

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience delivering production AI or data science solutions, including large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications
- Hands-on Python proficiency and experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; SQL knowledge
- Strong MLOps and software xugodme delivery experience: automated deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, version control, containers, scalable operations
- Solid knowledge of cloud-based AI/data architectures, especially AWS, data lakes, serverless, Kubernetes, and elastic compute
- Demonstrated leadership of geographically distributed technical teams and stakeholder management
- Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities to derive insights from large datasets and identify trends
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences; experience in biopharma is valued
