The main responsibility of the Financial Analyst is to provide accurate and data based information on company's financial performance, in order to help company make well informed decisions. The position involves overseeing accounting processes and producing relevant financial reports and recommendations. Review accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, etc.

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. P&L;'s, Cash Flow, BS, Investment, Capex, Headcount Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings. Tracking of operating expenses.

Preparation of operational performance reports with recommendations for corrective action.



Identification of opportunities to improve financial performance. Collaborate with external auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

Transfer pricing analysis of the intercompany transactions. Continuous improvement of the quality, reliability and responsiveness of the information provided. Networking/Key relationships Different company departments (Administration, Logistics, HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal & Tax, Internal Audit, Sales & Marketing...).

Bachelors' and/or MBA degree in Finance, Economics or related field. ~4+ years' experience in accounting and finance (auditing, consulting, industry, ...). ~ Knowledge and experience in tax accounting and/or Non Financial Information reporting will be valued. ~ Excel), databases, MS Office and financial software applications. ~ Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or EPM tools (e.Fluent in Spanish and English.
