Overview

In this role you will design and ship production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business results. You’ll operate in fast-changing environments, translating prototype ideas into scalable solutions and partnering with clients to enable AI-led change. You will work across AI deployment, business process transformation, and technical pre-sales to showcase real value. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on impact, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

- AI Implementation & Deployment: design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions (automation, agents, predictive analytics, generative AI); move ideas from prototype to production with modern frameworks and foundation models; API/data pipeline integration; governance and monitoring for safe operation; collaborate with client teams to enable AI adoption
- Business Process Transformation: map current processes, identify bottlenecks, design AI-enabled future states, assess ROI and success metrics, prioritize use cases for impact
- Technical Pre-Sales & Demonstration:



build rapid AI prototypes and demos for prospects; demonstrate AI capabilities with concrete business examples; establish technical credibility; assess client AI readiness (data quality, infrastructure, organizational capability)

Requisitos principales
- 2+ years of AI/ML implementation experience
- Hands-on with large language models and generative AI (GPT-4, Claude, Llama); prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, AI agent development (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Strong Python skills; data engineering capabilities (pipelines, vector databases, ETL)
- API/integration experience; solid ML foundations (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Production shipping experience with cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP incl. GPU/serverless)
- DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning); performance optimization (cost, latency, scalability)
- Strong business-outcome focus, rapid iteration, pragmatic problem-solving; clear non-technical communication; change management; collaboration with Deployment Strategist
- Travel flexibility; entrepreneurial mindset; ethical AI awareness (safety, bias, privacy)
