Experteer Overview
In this role you drive manufacturing engineering for EFA FAL and prototype activities, enabling process industrialisation and continuous improvement across the Combat ME Team. You coordinate BOu0026amp;S processes, manage planning and risk, and deliver sustaining support on the shop floor. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to solve complex problems and apply innovative manufacturing technologies. This position offers impact on how we scale production and sustain high-performance processes within Airbus Defence and Space.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead BOu0026S processes, manage subcontracting, planning, CAPEX, risk/opportunity booking, and act as Export Control Focal Point and Technical Rater
• Drive process industrialisation and change management, ensuring configuration control and ME standards alignment
• Provide shop floor sustaining and operational support; resolve manufacturing issues via Kaizen and PPS
• Assess and integrate innovative manufacturing technologies to meet future business needs
• Create and manage technical documentation (Work Orders,



Technical Instructions, Job Cards) per Manufacturing Engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial or related)
• 2 to 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, process industrialisation, and planning
• Proactive, organized, strong communicator; able to work under pressure
• English and Spanish negotiation level (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in BOu0026S Management and tools: SAP, Excel, DeMaT, CMS, SIPLA, 3DAV
• Pulse line methodologies and shop floor sustaining
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and public holidays
• Nice to have: Part 21 or MRO/Part 145 experience; NATO Secret clearance (HPS)
