As Senior AI Business Analyst at Zurich/ServiZurich, you translate business needs into data specifications and serve as a bridge between business, data, and IT to embed AI into processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and risk decisions. You will monitor model performance, improve data quality and feature engineering, and uphold Responsible AI practices. This role supports Zurich’s data-driven transformation and innovation.

Responsabilidades
- Translate business needs into clear data specifications with stakeholders
- Adapt AI solutions and data schemas for country-specific requirements; configure prompts
- Support new feature implementations for AI solutions
- Maintain and extend data schemas to capture relevant data
- Monitor accuracy and impact of AI models; collaborate on data quality and feature engineering




- Align AI use with Responsible AI principles; drive continuous improvement
- Bridge between business, data, and IT; provide user training and guidance on AI capabilities
- Support AI adoption strategy and global best practices

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines to Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics
- 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst
- Hands-on experience with AI enablement and LLMs or AI platforms
- Structured business and data analysis skills with strong problem-solving
- Open-minded, test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language
