Overview

As a Business Analyst at Factorial, you will enable the SDR organization to scale across five European markets by delivering accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner with SDR leadership to align performance metrics and enable data-driven decisions. You’ll own KPI design, dashboards, and capacity planning to support multi-market coverage. This role is the operational backbone for cross-country collaboration and process optimization that drives growth.

- Forecasting and reporting across five markets

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve SDR processes and productivity
- Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling
- Serve as the first point of contact for country team leads and resolve day-to-day operational questions

Requisitos principales
- 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations
- experience across multiple countries or markets
- strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot)
- track record of cross-functional influence without formal authority
- self-directed and able to drive projects in ambiguity
- English required; additional EU language a plus
