As Payroll

Manager at SD Worx Iberia, you will help coordinate, monitor, and optimize our clients' service, serving as their primary point of contact for service follow-up, as well as the point of reference for the team of consultants responsible for providing day-to-day service to them.

Service launch management: procedures manual, payroll schedule. Local client management and corporate-level activity tracking (for international companies). Service monitoring and client follow-up. Tracking billing for assigned clients as well as the processing of purchase orders for additional services.

Providing expert support and advice to the service team on procedures involving government agencies, labor regulations, and payroll optimization. At least 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labor law. In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.

Experience with Integrho and SAP is considered an advantage.



Spanish and proficiency in English is essential.
