Overview

In this role you will lead a high-performing BD team focused on the DACH region, shaping growth strategies and partner with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable pipeline. You will develop talent, foster collaboration, and drive market expansion through strategic outreach and data-driven decision making. The position blends people leadership with strategic execution to deliver measurable growth and long-term impact. You will work to align GTM initiatives with company objectives and leverage AI-enabled insights to optimize performance.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, coaching and career growth
- Drive growth and market expansion in the DACH region through strategic planning and relationship building
- Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation aligned with regional objectives
- Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement go-to-market strategies




- Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve engagement
- Provide updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership

Requisitos principales
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or related growth roles in the DACH market
- Native German and fluent English
- Track record of building pipeline, driving growth, and delivering measurable results
- Strong coaching and development experience with high-performing teams
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving approach
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach)
