Responsibilities Helping to support strategy development across plant operations in Portugal and Spain. You'll be responsible for translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities. Driving performance and people development across teams.

Leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. Collaborating closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams. Contributing to general HR strategy discussions. Taking ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives.

Championing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations,



Business Administration or similar (Master's in HR or MBA is a plus) At least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal.

Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's degree Master's in HR MBA
