One of our clients, a leading international end client, is currently looking to strengthen its HR team.

The company operates as a central platform providing technology, processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a strong focus on efficiency and delivering outstanding results. University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment, with a strong HR generalist background.

Fluent

Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages). As an HR Generalist,



you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business. Manage HR operations, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and coordination with payroll providers.

Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters. Partner with external benefits providers and support ongoing benefits initiatives and projects. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Support recruitment and selection processes when required. Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting. Permanent contract. Training and professional development plan.
