Experteer Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end technology products for IAG Cargo, focusing on Salesforce-based platforms across Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial operations. You will align business needs with IT delivery, shaping the product roadmap and prioritising backlogs. You’ll partner with stakeholders, lead Scrum ceremonies, and ensure delivery aligns with security, data, and platform governance. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the full lifecycle of assigned technology products from design to BAU
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate release planning with Salesforce releases
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide solution design and recommendations
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Cyber teams, and vendors to ensure SLA-compliant operation
• Define product vision and roadmap with a CRM/Salesforce focus
• Monitor and improve product development processes for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with architectural, data, and regulatory standards
• Support day-to-day product operations and incident/change management with partners
• Build and maintain internal knowledge on platform capabilities and roadmap
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in an agile environment
• 2-3 years in a product-focused role
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in product or delivery capacity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Ability to translate customer needs into backlog items and user stories
