We manage maintenance within a wide range of industries, including many of the world's largest water utilities, mining operations, power plants, boiler, and printing operations using our software.
We are a global company and are now looking to expand our team in Spain and hire a Solution
Consultant. The role will be reporting to the Head of Implementation (CIO).
About the Role
As a Solution Consultant at Shepherd CMMS you will specialise in consulting clients on our products and helping them go live through delivering them through a product implementation process. You will provide ongoing and post-go-live hyper support, report on all time and project status daily, and model customers' data. Working with a general team who care about quality service and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting clients on products and helping them go live through a product implementation process.
Ongoing and post-go-live hyper support.
Reporting on all time and project status daily.
Modelling of customers' data.
Customer training and updating project plans.
Drafting of necessary documentation.
Performing other duties assigned by the Employer related to the role.

Required Qualification/Skills
Strong understanding of business processes and data modelling.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, IT, or related disciplines.
Understanding of NetSuite or similar cloud platforms.
Experience in customer training and onboarding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Must have excellent written and verbal English skills.
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to work remotely and via online solutions.
Experience with ERP or CMMS systems is a plus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Experience in software implementation or consulting roles.
