Experteer Overview
In this role you will architect and validate scalable Building Management and Energy Management System solutions across Europe. You’ll bridge engineering, sales, and delivery to ensure deployable, field-ready designs for multi-site environments. You’ll perform on-site surveys, translate conditions into clear design scopes, and drive proposals and integration work. The position combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to deliver energy-efficient building operations at scale.

• Translate field conditions into actionable designs and project scopes
• Lead development of proposals, SOWs, and network/integration diagrams
• Define integrations across HVAC,



refrigeration controls, lighting, and energy/submetering
• Design and validate protocol integrations (BACnet, Modbus, RS-485, IP) and mitigate design risks

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience with BMS and/or EMS
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration controls, electrical distribution, and submetering
• Hands-on experience with Niagara/JACE platforms and Honeywell or equivalent BMS systems
• Experience delivering multi-site rollouts in retail, QSR, or commercial environments
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and field execution teams
• Willingness to travel u003e50% in the EU; capable of working independently across countries
