Planning, coordination and control of industrial production and maintenance strategies. Handling export licenses requests and tariff classification of materials. Liaison with tax agency regarding Intrastat filings and other compliance requirements.
Preparation of certificates of origin and export control documentation (EUC, CUD, CII, DUD, etc.). Ensuring compliance with legislation related to export of defense and dual‐use materials. Process automation and continuous improvement in planning and trade compliance workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Organization Engineering or Technical Higher Education in Production Organization and Control. Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1 or higher). French is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, trade compliance, import/export control and customs procedures. Knowledge and experience in customs processing, export licensing, tariff classification and Intrastat management. Expertise in export control legislation, including defense and dual‐use goods regulations.
Experience with documentation management for export control licenses (EUC, CUD, CII, DUD, etc.). Proficiency in ERP systems and process automation techniques (Oracle or others). Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
