Overview

As Formula Development Manager, you lead the end‑to‑end creation and launch of new fragrance formulas, from concept to industrialization. You will guide a small R&D; team, ensuring stable, performant, and market‑feasible formulations. You collaborate across functions to validate testing, documentation, and production readiness, while staying ahead of scientific advances. Responsabilidades
- Develop high‑performing fragrance formulas from concept to production
- Ensure stability, performance, and commercial feasibility of formulations
- Coordinate testing, validation, and documentation to deliver market‑ready products
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve product/process issues
- Monitor scientific and technological advances in fragrance/cosmetic development
- Identify new concepts, raw materials, technologies,



and partnerships for future products
- Oversee projects and align with timelines, priorities, and quality standards
- Coach and develop team members’ technical and professional growth
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to smooth functioning of the R&D; department across teams

Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5 years of formula development experience in fragrance and/or cosmetics
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or Chemical Engineering
- Spanish and English required; French is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proven problem solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
