Experteer Overview
In this role you guide clinical development efforts to shape global plans and therapeutic strategies for rare-disease assets. You will lead or support clinical subteams and participate in the Integral Program Team to align programs with asset and disease-area goals. You’ll design and run multiple clinical studies, prepare essential study documents, and translate disease knowledge and competitive landscape into development plans. This is an impact-driven position at the core of advancing innovative medicines for patients, with opportunities to influence strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

• Represent Clinical Development on the Global Program Team and in management/review committees
• Prepare clinical study documents (protocols, charters, summaries, presentations, publications, regulatory sections)
• Select advisory board participants and guide meeting preparation
• Evaluate disease areas and competitive landscape to support development plans and asset strategy

Responsabilidades
• MD, preferably Hematologist
• 3+ years of clinical industry experience and/or Hematology
• Experience as a medical monitor for clinical trials
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals
