Experteer Overview As Investment Projects Sourcing Manager in Technical Sourcing, you lead end-to-end sourcing for complex technical investments across global sites, shaping cost, quality, and delivery. You connect internal needs with external suppliers, driving value through planning, qualification, bidding, and contract management. You work with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond to continuously improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance.

This role offers impact on strategic investments and a chance to influence market approaches in a fast-moving, international setting.

Translate business needs into robust sourcing strategies to maximise value (cost, risk, supplier performance)

Manage procurement planning, supplier qualification, competitive bidding, negotiation, and contract management

Oversee the full sourcing lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement





Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve commercial disputes

Contribute to category strategy evolution by monitoring market trends and supply chain dynamics

Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to manage multiple priorities

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different seniority levels within a integral organisation

Responsabilidades Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or engineering in multinational companies

Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes for complex technical investment projects

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience identifying and mitigating supply chain risks and translating trends into sourcing strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels

Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English (written and spoken)

Willingness to travel up to 30% (mainly within EMEA)
