Our client, an innovative semiconductor design company, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and scale their hybrid IT infrastructure supporting ~150 highly technical engineers working on advanced silicon development.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining IT strategy, infrastructure architecture, and team management. You will oversee on-prem HPC clusters, colocation environments, cloud platforms, and corporate IT systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small IT team while defining and executing the IT roadmap

Manage hybrid infrastructure (on-prem HPC, colocation, cloud) running EDA workloads

Operate Linux-based compute farms, distributed storage, CI/CD,



and internal tooling

Support engineering teams with GitLab, automation, and EDA tool environments

Oversee IT operations, networking, identity management, and security

Requirements Experience as an IT Manager or Senior Systems Engineer in HPC, semiconductor, or similar technical environments

Experience with distributed storage, automation (Ansible/Python/Bash), and CI/CD platforms

Solid networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills

Proven ability to lead projects and manage small technical teams
