Serves as Senior Consultant providing expert guidance and/or recommendations on IT solutions and system processes that address current business needs and future IT strategic direction. Provides technical consulting and project management for small to large projects. Address business user concerns and/or challenges on system functionality or project scope.

Understand finance processes such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and finance controls; Implement, configure, support, or enhance ERP/EPM applications such as Performio, Commissions, Concur, Workday, or similar platforms.

Data & reporting: Develop or improve reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and data integrations; help ensure data is accurate and consistent.

Testing & implementation: Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, UAT plans, defect tracking, deployment activities, and post-production support.

Controls & compliance: Support internal controls, audit requirements, access controls, segregation of duties, SOX compliance, and data-security requirements.

Project management: Work with finance, IT, vendors, developers, and management to manage requirements, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.

User support & training: Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, create documentation, and train finance users. Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required. Master's / Postgraduate Degree in MIS, Computer Science, MBA, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience with ERP systems and enterprise business applications. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Advanced

Excel skills, including data modeling, analysis, and reporting.





Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.

Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations, and integrations. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Professional office environment. Hybrid work environment, where applicable.
