We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by hiring an IT Specialist (Web, Marketing & Collaboration) who will be responsible for ensuring that our digital solutions, both external and internal, are secure, scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Own and oversee the company's web and marketing technology ecosystem, including corporate websites, landing pages, portals, and related platforms/infrastructure.

Act as the technical counterpart to Marketing and Communications, translating business, branding, and campaign needs into technical solutions. Select, integrate, and govern best in class web and marketing technologies (CMS,



analytics, consent management, CRM and marketing integrations), without restriction to specific vendors or stacks. Ensure availability, performance, security, SEO, accessibility, and regulatory compliance (e.g.

GDPR) across all web solutions. Manage and coordinate external partners in both areas, ensuring clear ownership, quality, and alignment with business expectations. Manage the Document branding platform (as Templafy) Internal Collaboration & Communication (Microsoft based) Own the internal collaboration and communication landscape based on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).

Define governance, standards, and lifecycle management for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Manage and coordinate with ADPG Digital teams who owns infrastructure, platforms, ... Ensuring clear ownership, quality, and alignment with business expectations.

Service & license contract management Budget Ensure compliance with IT security, identity, access management, and data governance policies. Maintain documentation, architecture views, and contribute to digital roadmaps and improvement initiatives. Flexible working hours and birthday afternoon off.

An excellent working environment where you can grow professionally within a dynamic and integral industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in web platforms and digital marketing technologies.

Proven experience with Wordpress and similar solutions Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Strong knowledge of web platforms, CMS solutions, digital analytics, and systems integration management. Solid understanding of IT security, identity management, access control, and data protection.

Advanced level of English (mandatory).
