As a Senior Product Data Analyst in the Experiments & Insights team, you will drive data-informed decisions across product teams in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You’ll blend statistical methods with product analytics to derive insights from experiments and user behavior. You’ll build dashboards, validate data, and contribute to evolving analytics methodologies that underpin decision making at scale. This role offers impact across multiple brands and a cutting-edge AI-enabled platform.

Responsabilidades
- Analyze product performance and user behavior across websites and interfaces
- Evaluate A/B test and pre-post experiment results to inform decisions
- Support teams by generating hypotheses through exploratory analysis
- Data cleaning, validation, and defining new tracking (GA/GA4) for research questions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (LookerStudio, Google Sheets) for senior leadership




- Lead data-driven initiatives to improve decision making and knowledge
- Own projects on new methodologies, data analysis techniques, or tooling
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, product owners, developers, and pricing managers to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Minimum 6 years of analytical experience
- Experience in user behavior analysis using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Matomo
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts behind A/B testing
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Advanced Office/Google toolset proficiency
- Experience with visualization tools (LookerStudio, Tableau, Looker, QlikView)
- Business proficiency in English
- Self-starter and team player
