Overview

In this role you will shape a unified audio/video ecosystem across Dow Jones consumer surfaces and internal tooling. You’ll drive media strategy for high-impact, premium experiences on mobile, web, and live events, coordinating with newsrooms and product teams to scale discovery, publishing, and monetization. You’ll lead cross-platform initiatives from video to podcasts, delivering measurable engagement and subscriber value. Your workwill influence how audiences experience media across Dow Jones brands.

Responsabilidades
- Define and own the strategy for a cross-platform video and audio ecosystem
- Integrate media experiences across Dow Jones apps and web platforms into a cohesive media destination
- Drive modern discovery features and multi-format publishing tooling (video, snippets)
- Enhance subscriber experience with interactive engagement features (live Q&A;, polls, comments)




- Centralize video landing pages to highlight live events and improve discovery
- Automate and streamline live event setup and workflows
- Collaborate with newsroom, product, and advertising teams to automate messaging and test monetization formats

Requisitos principales
- 12+ years in product management with leadership in large-scale digital media platforms, streaming tech, or news publishing products
- Experience building product strategies and operational plans for complex media ecosystems (mobile video, live streaming, podcast distribution)
- Ability to translate editorial vision into scalable product solutions
- Deep understanding of A/V platform tech (video players, MAM, live/VOD infrastructure, dynamic paywalls)
- Strong analytics mindset with KPI focus on media engagement, completion rates, subscriber retention, and competitive landscape
