Overview

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will drive the design, delivery and enhancement of integral reporting solutions within the Investment Management reporting community. You work with cross‑country stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and end‑to‑end BI solutions. You will shape data, processes and dashboards to support regulatory, operational and analytical reporting at scale. This is a collaborative, innovation‑driven position in a leading insurance group with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and support initiatives on new and existing BI solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications
- Conduct impact analyses across the application landscape
- Improve reporting processes, services, and infrastructure
- Provide end-user support and training for global reporting needs

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in business intelligence
- StrongBA skills: analytics, requirements engineering, design thinking, agile methods
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor in Finance and understanding of investment products, markets, and accounting (IFRS/GAAP)
- English fluency; other languages a plus
- Certifications (CIIA, CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are advantageous
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP FAM/TRM or FICO is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA and Databricks is beneficial
- Advanced data analytics and data modeling with front-end tools (SAP AFO, Power BI) is a plus
