As Junior Privacy Counsel, you support the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team in safeguarding privacy while enabling growth. You will advise on GDPR and data protection matters, help implement privacy programs, and shape global policies. You contribute across functions to drive responsible data handling, data mapping, and risk-based decisions. This role offers exposure to cross-border data transfers, DPIAs, and AI governance within a leading tech-enabled delivery group.

- Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR
- Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products and initiatives
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence; participate in Mu0026A privacy assessments
- Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities; perform DPIAs
- Develop and maintain general privacy policies, notices, and procedures
- Support communications to DH Group management board and risk committees
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting
- Manage privacy investigations with authorities and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks
Responsabilidades
- 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas and GDPR knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in law or comparable degree
- IAPP CIPP/E, xugodme CIPM, TÜV DPO or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and collaborative
