In this role you drive integral materials planning excellence within the Perfumery Planning community, shaping how we allocate constrained materials and optimize working capital. You lead a cross‑functional team across regions, collaborating to meet Customer needs and BU targets while advancing digitalized planning processes. You will influence material distribution strategy and DRP routines to support growth and sustainable operations. Responsabilidades

- Deliver competitive service levels while targeting lead time, inventory, cost and organizational objectives
- Lead and develop the global materials distribution platform team to service the world efficiently and cost‑effectively
- Evolve regional allocation for constrained materials across the globe
- Own and optimize the global DRP routines for the business unit (daily/weekly/monthly)




- Support global and regional teams to meet customer needs and BU targets
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and reduce lead times; drive system proposal usage
- Guide adherence to global material distribution positioning for symmetry
- Ensure adoption of digitalization initiatives as a core competency for teams
- Coach and develop the team with continuous improvement on distribution optimization for growth
- Collaborate across functions to align with the company mission and sustainability goals

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar roles
- Bachelor in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar
- 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams (preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional language (French) a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of SAP (R3/APO); Kinaxis Rapid Response a plus
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification a plus
- Good Microsoft Office skills
