Overview

As Aircraft Performance Engineer you join the Aircraft Performance team to own performance deliverables across AD&S; fixed-wing programs. You will support design phases, certification processes and performance studies for campaigns, RFPs and in-service needs. You drive harmonization of tools, data management and service offerings while shaping the Flight Physics strategy. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, digitalisation and operational excellence in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

- Own aircraft performance activities for current, future and R&D; programs including certification interactions
- Support design phases for new programs and derivatives
- Conduct performance studies for campaigns, RFPs and customer inquiries
- Assist flight operations tooling, data management and in-service support
- Support flight data analysis for development, certification and investigations
- Develop roadmaps for tool harmonization, data management and service marketing




- Implement Flight Physics strategy and grow the service portfolio
- Ensure high-quality, clear technical dossiers and presentations
- Drive digitalization and technology roadmaps while delivering R&D; and program needs
- Contribute to team/program transversal activities and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and manage expectations

Requisitos principales

- Master in Aeronautical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Performance (development, flight test and certification)
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what is necessary; owner mentality
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to travel as required
- English negotiation level; German/Spanish preferred
