Join LOEWE as Talent Manager to lead talent attraction and selection for Manufacturing and Logistics, shaping the pool of talent to support growth. You will partner with managers to define profiles, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and drive development initiatives that grow internal capability. You’ll influence employer branding and talent processes across the organization, delivering high-quality hires and impactful training programs. Responsabilidades

- Manage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions (resume screening, interviews, candidate evaluation)
- Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and align expectations
- Draft and publish job offers and implement direct search and sourcing strategies
- Coordinate the interview process with managers and key stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company standards
- Monitor selection processes and analyze indicators (time to fill, quality of hire, conversion rate)




- Collaborate on identify training/development needs and define training plans
- Support onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives; contribute to development plans and internal mobility
- Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction projects; participate in talent reviews and succession planning
- Support engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives; contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects

Requisitos principales
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in luxury/fashion preferred
- Experience in training/development or talent management is a plus
- Ability to partner with managers as a business collaborator
- Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills
- Results-oriented with analytical KPI monitoring capability
- High proficiency in Spanish and English; French and/or Italian a plus
