About EIT Urban Mobility Academy: Our Academy is a collaborative arena for lifelong learning, helping to build critical capabilities for innovation and transformation. Within the Academy, the Professional Education team oversees two main strategic portfolios: Our Professional School, UMX, offers training programmes and experiences on hot topics in urban mobility for professionals and organisations across Europe, operating as a dedicated sub-brand within EIT Urban Mobility. The Entrepreneurship and Education Skills (EntrEduSkills) Cluster is a flagship cross-KIC collaboration scheme aiming to integrate educational activities across multiple KICs.

The Communications and Marketing Lead will report directly to the Learner Acquisition Manager within the Professional Education Team, working closely with the Junior Communications and Marketing Officer and external cross-KIC Managers. The role will primarily lead communications and marketing for the EntrEduSkills Cluster (EIT STEM and EIT Campus) and support UMX's marketing and communications activities. You will drive learner acquisition and course enrolments, support ecosystem growth, and ensure all communications and marketing activities meet EIT and European Commission reporting requirements.

Campaign Design & Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of integrated communication and marketing strategies for EIT STEM and EIT Campus. Deliver a consistent multi-channel approach across all marketing and communications activities, including organic and paid media, social media,



PR, events, email marketing, content marketing and SEO. Lead external marketing agencies in delivering campaigns, content development and SEO in accordance with contracts, budgets, timelines and KPIs.

Liaise with Comms, EntrEduSkills Marketing teams, Central Comms and wider KIC stakeholders. Ensure positioning and participation in joint actions and events, aligning assets with brand requirements.

Performance Monitoring & EU Reporting: Support monitoring and reporting of tasks, evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, and coordinate timely submission of deliverables and accountability reports. 5+ years managing EU multi-stakeholder funding projects, preferably within Horizon Europe. ~5+ years leading strategic communications, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement and campaign management at a European level (education, technology, or public sectors preferred). ~ Proven experience managing external marketing and communication agencies and delivering complex multi-channel campaigns (social, paid and organic), PR, email marketing, content marketing and SEO. ~ Experience developing and delivering communications and dissemination strategies for EU-funded programmes across multiple European countries. ~ Proven ability to monitor, analyse and optimise communications and marketing performance using data and analytics. ~ Excellent English communication skills (C1 or above), written and spoken. ~ Versátil hours, remote options, 27 days of paid time off.
