This role will focus on analyzing digital operational processes and leveraging automation and AI‐enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

The idóneo candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable translating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent solutions. You will own solutions in production end‐to‐end, from design and implementation to monitoring, iteration, and adoption. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end‐to‐end processes Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI‐enabled tools generative AI, machine learning models, intelligent document processing, chatbots)
