As the Multidivision Search Media Manager for CDMO in Spain & Portugal, reporting to the Multidivision Head of Media, you will be a key player in shaping our media strategy build the strategic roadmap, ensure technical excellence, and capitalize on emerging AI search solutions to drive business growth within all Search touchpoints.

You'll work closely with marketing teams, media community, our media agency, and other key stakeholders to maximize the impact of our campaigns. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, hands‐on execution, and collaborative teamwork, allowing you to make a significant contribution to the growth of our brands in the Spanish & Portuguese market.

Search Strategy: Define and lead the One Search strategy across divisions, ensuring an integrated approach across Paid Search, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Search and emerging LLM environments. AI & Next-Gen Search Growth: Ensure strong website visibility across each brand's must-win territories within LLMs and AI-powered search, while identifying and capitalizing on new paid media opportunities within these environments (Google Ads: AI Max, Chat GPT Ads...).

Performance & Search Excellence: Drive Search performance through clear KPIs and excellence standards, including SEA: Search Golden Rules compliance, Housekeeping excellence, naming convention full compliant. SEO-to-GEO: Top visibility, Website excellence & GEO readiness, AI adoption, must-win territory visibility and campaign performance.

Brand Activation & Agency Leadership: Partner with Marketing and Media teams to translate brand priorities into effective Search activations, acting as the key strategic SPOC for media agencies across Paid and Organic Search. Tools, Capabilities & Community Enablement:



Act as the Melody Champion and key reference within the Media CDMO team, driving adoption, best-in-class usage and know-how across the Media Community, while fostering broader Search capabilities and best practices.

AI Media Champion : Accelerates the adoption of generative and analytical artificial intelligence tools across a company's media Develop strong relationships with Zone & Global media colleagues to build & share best practices and influence on key issues affecting market The adecuado candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a data‐driven decision-maker. You are passionate about the beauty industry and possess a deep understanding of the media landscape.
