As a QA Engineer, you will implement and run quality programs to translate customer specs into product and process criteria. You will work across production, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality at every touchpoint. You’ll drive root-cause actions, monitor KPIs, and participate in continuous improvement events. This role connects manufacturing quality with leadership and cross-functional teams to realize measurable improvements in product quality and process capability.

Responsabilidades
- Coordinate with production to plan and execute inbound and production quality checks
- Manage relations with customers or third-party inspectors
- Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events
- Monitor product portfolio KPIs and drive root-cause corrective actions
- Manage customer witness inspections
- Maintain and analyze data to report on process/product quality
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve QC issues and ensure documentation per QAP
- Provide all required documents per QAP after coordinating with internal departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requisitos principales
- Experience in engineering and use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in quality control department
- Understanding of product/process flow
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and/or 0-2 years relevant experience
