Overview

In this role you will lead highly visible building projects in Northern Europe for a Spanish contractor. You will oversee on-site delivery across diverse facilities and ensure projects meet high standards within a multinational setting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and drive timely, quality completion. Responsabilidades

- Oversee site operations for singular building projects (hotels, stations, hospitals) in Northern Europe
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards
- Manage site safety, budgets, and schedule to deliver on-time completion




- Relocate and reside in Northern Europe to supervise projects onsite
- Represent the company on-site and liaise with clients, consultants, and regulators

Requisitos principales

- More than 10 years of experience as a Site Manager
- Experience in singular building projects (hotels, stations, hospitals, etc.)
- High level of English and Spanish
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Northern Europe
