We are looking for a Naval Architect / Naval Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to the development, design, engineering, and delivery of advanced yacht and marine projects.
This position is focused on naval architecture, whole-vessel engineering, systems integration, technical design, and project execution. The successful candidate will contribute to projects from concept and feasibility through detailed engineering, production documentation, construction follow-up, commissioning, and sea trials.
Depending on experience, the position may involve either supporting senior naval architects and engineers on technical development, CAD, drawings, and documentation, or coordinating some projects or work packages, suppliers, consultants, and shipyard interfaces.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Contribute to the development and engineering of yacht and marine projects from concept through detailed design, production, commissioning, and validation
Prepare, review, and update 3D models, technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and production documentation
Support whole-vessel integration, including propulsion systems, mechanical systems, structures, equipment, and onboard systems
Support feasibility studies, technical design decisions, and engineering development in collaboration with the Technical Director,
naval architects, and engineering teams
Coordinate technical inputs from suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, and shipyards, depending on project scope and seniority
Follow construction, production, commissioning, and sea-trial activities from a design-office or engineering perspective
Participate in sea trials and on-water testing to validate designs, identify improvements, and support final tuning and delivery The successful applicant (M/F/D): Naval Architect, Naval Engineer, Marine Engineer, Yacht Designer, or equivalent, holding an MSc or PhD in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Yacht Design, Yacht and Powercraft Design, or a closely related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in naval architecture, naval engineering, yacht design, or advanced marine projects
Experience with yachts, power yachts, high-performance vessels, foiling craft, autonomous marine vehicles, or other advanced marine projects
Hands-on experience with 3D modelling, technical design, engineering documentation, and project development
Experience with construction follow-up, commissioning, sea trials, or shipyard interaction is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of naval architecture and marine engineering principles
Proficiency with 3D CAD tools, such as Rhinoceros, Siemens NX, or equivalent
Ability to prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and production documentation
Experience with systems integration, including propulsion, mechanical systems, structures, and onboard equipment
Ability to work across design, engineering, production, and validation phases
Additional Valuable Skills: Experience with foiling yachts, power catamarans, power yachts, or high-performance craft
Experience with propulsion systems and mechanical systems integration
Familiarity with advanced composite vessels and lightweight construction
Familiarity with metallic structures and construction methods
Knowledge of classification rules, certification processes, or shipyard requirements
Experience with project coordination, supplier follow-up, or technical package management
Academic background from yacht design, high-performance craft, or powercraft-focused programmes is a strong plus
Other requirements: Italian, French or Spanish fluency is a plus
EU residency or valid EU work permit (Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates)
Willingness to relocate to Valencia, Spain
