Experteer Overview In this role, you will bridge partners and product to streamline onboarding, integration, and tech resolution for Glovo On-Demand. You’ll shape the AI roadmap to transform legacy processes into scalable, automated workflows. You will work across On-Demand with tech and commercial teams to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a fast-growing, innovative culture. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Identify and drive automation and AI-based improvements across On-Demand workflows to scale partner volume. • Own end-to-end onboarding for new stores, accounts, and data changes, coordinating with Sales/Account Management and enabling self-management for long-tail partners. • Bridge On-Demand and Tech teams to diagnose root causes of frequent partner issues and implement structural fixes. • Manage partner API integrations,



ensure high-quality connections, and accelerate onboarding with proactive issue detection. Responsabilidades • 3+ years in data, technical operations, or business operations focusing on process improvement and delivery execution. • Working knowledge of SQL to query and troubleshoot data independently. • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes. • Execution-oriented mindset with ownership and bias for action. • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). • Nice to have: experience leading end-to-end projects or cross-functional initiatives; experience in a food tech or tech company.
