We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Milagro and take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of our site.

As an Deputy Operations Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the site's operational teams, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality warehouse operations. Take ownership of operational performance, ensuring customer requirements, production targets and KPIs are consistently achieved. Champion a strong health, safety, quality and compliance culture, ensuring relevant standards, policies and procedures are followed.

Support new customer onboarding and help identify opportunities to improve service and grow the business. Manage labour planning and productivity, balancing permanent employees, agency resource and overtime to meet operational and budget requirements. Lead, develop and engage the operational team through clear objectives, regular performance conversations, coaching and development.

Support recruitment, performance management, absence management and other people-related processes.



Work collaboratively across the wider Lineage network to ensure clear communication and effective coordination between sites and functions. Take an active role in site meetings, engagement initiatives, improvement projects and customer-related activities.

We're looking for a confident and people-focused operational leader who can balance customer service, safety, people, performance and commercial priorities. The ability to analyse operational data, identify trends and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

A qualification or academic background in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline would be valuable.
