In this role you act as the central service delivery contact, owning the account’s financial health and strategic direction. You design and execute delivery plans aligned to customer priorities, using data-driven insights to boost efficiency and portfolio growth. You lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and CXMs to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. You’ll drive continuous improvement with AI-powered tools and automation for reporting and planning. Responsabilidades
- Create and execute comprehensive service delivery plans balancing financial health, resources, and customer objectives
- Take ownership of financial approvals (scope, pricing, margin) to keep projects on time and within budget
- Lead QBRs and delivery workshops to showcase performance and identify expansion opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating AI-driven tools and automation for reporting and planning
- Analyze complex customer needs to shape long-term delivery strategies aligned with Cisco’s portfolio and growth targets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, Sales, and CXMs for unified delivery and fast issue resolution
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or Master’s with 4+ years
- 3+ years of experience managing service delivery across multiple accounts with P&L; oversight and financial planning
- Experience in process improvement using data analytics, automation tools and AI-driven tools
- Experience presenting financial metrics to executive stakeholders during business reviews
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to execute customer-facing projects
