Overview

In this role you ensure strict adherence to Installation Quality procedures across the region, guiding start-up audits, qasL, non-conformity management and change control. You monitor site performance, lead follow‑up meetings, and report KPIs, incidents, and findings to stakeholders. You drive internal improvement, gather on-site feedback, and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, SQA and other teams to resolve deviations. You provide on-site training for new Quality Leads and help create consistent IQA procedures and documentation. A key part of the role is working across regions with long stays abroad to uphold quality standards.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee adherence to Installation Quality procedures across regional projects (Start-Up Audits, QASL, Non-Conformity management, Change Management)
- Monitor site performance, lead follow-up meetings, and report KPIs, incidents, and findings to stakeholders




- Drive internal improvement projects, address deviations with cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, SQA)
- Provide on-site training for new Quality Leads and guide application of Installation Quality processes
- Collaborate with IQA back-office to create/update internal procedures, QCP, and documentation for IQA processes globally

Requisitos principales

- Engineering or similar background
- Experience in Wind industry and quality
- Intermediate level computer skills
- High level of English
- Willingness to travel and stay abroad
