Join Palo Alto Networks to help customers adopt the industry’s first combined Enterprise Browser and broad SASE security platform. You’ll work with sales partners to position our solutions, architect validated deployments, and guide customers from discovery to adoption. As a trusted advisor, you’ll feed customer insights back to product teams and support cross-functional collaboration to drive impact at scale. This is a remote role with a strong emphasis on technical leadership and customer outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers alongside Sales Specialists and partners
- Identify and document customer problems solvable by integrated solutions
- Architect and propose validated solutions for each customer environment
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, PoC, and RFP/RFI responses
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, support, and adoption
- Maintain technical leadership across relevant domains (data center, SDN, cloud, security, networking)
- Differentiate Palo Alto Networks against competitors in customer interactions
- Advocate for customer needs with Product/R&D; and follow up on issues until resolved
Requisitos principales
- 6+ years in Sales Engineering/Technical Pre-Sales in Networking and Network Security, Host Protection, Identity Management, Data leakage prevention, RBI
- Hands-on software development and web technologies understanding
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Proven track record selling complex cybersecurity enterprise solutions
- Leadership by example and ability to coach junior team members
- Strong relationship-building with customers and ability to conduct technical discovery calls
- Collaboration with Product and R&D; to align deliverables with requirements
- Self-starter with outcome focus and commercial acumen
- Ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
