The Pricing Negotiations

Analyst supports the development of competitive and profitable pricing strategies for key customer opportunities, bids and commercial negotiations. Working closely with Pricing, Sales, Finance and Operations teams, this role leverages data analysis, financial modelling and market insights to help structure winning deals while ensuring profitability and operational feasibility. Develop pricing models, profitability analyses and scenario-based recommendations.

Analyze commercial, operational and financial data to identify pricing opportunities and risks. Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to define deal strategies and optimize commercial outcomes. Monitor deal performance and support continuous improvement of pricing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or a related field. ~2+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, sales operations, commercial analytics or related functions.



~ Experience supporting contract pricing, profitability analysis or commercial negotiations is highly desirable. Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM, pricing or analytics platforms is an advantage.

Fluent

English required. Be part of a global healthcare logistics leader. Influence strategic commercial decisions with direct business impact. Collaborate with international teams across Sales, Finance and Operations.
