The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering Team, playing a key role in driving industrial design, standardizing manufacturing processes, and supporting shop floor execution. RESPONSIBILITIESIndustrial Design & Co-Design: Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to introduce manufacturing best practices, define build processes, and specify industrial assets, jigs, and tooling requirements.Create and update routings, As-Prepared BoMs, and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) while managing Delta 2 configuration management and technical sequencing.Calculate standard time values, perform Standard Work, and drive shop floor continuous improvement and CAPEX planning.Quality & Risk Assurance: Execute PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and participate in Quality Control Boards to secure process capability.Drive the 1st installation implementation, run feedback loops, and evaluate industrial impacts of design modifications with IA, ISE, and TDE teams.We are looking forward to knowing you:Education: Aeronautical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline.Experience: Previous experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Preparation, or Production Environment within the aerospace or industrial sector.Languages:
