Описание Factorial is building a new startup within its product ecosystem to rethink how companies manage workflows, org charts, policies, and analytics. Take full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation. Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions.

Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs. Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.

Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture. Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team. Ownership of discovery, design, validation, and iteration.





Strong understanding of user problems and user-centric design. Hands-on experience moving from rough ideas and prototypes to high-quality interfaces. Ability to articulate thinking, decisions, and trade-offs clearly in English.
